What skills and experience we’re looking for

Do you:

Wish to teach and lead learning, with a focus on ‘Preparation for Adulthood’, including promoting independence and student voice
Have the relevant qualifications and experience of working with young adults with Severe and Complex Learning Difficulties and / or ASD
Have the ability to work with other staff teams and agencies as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Have good communication and inter-personal skills and a positive outlook
