We are so proud of our results this summer. Our students have achieved the most qualifications ever in the history of the school. In the last 2 years we have run new courses in English, Maths, Performing Arts, Science and PE. We have also run our ASDAN Personal and Social Education and Personal progress courses, and Duke of Edinburgh Bronze and Silver Award.

We had a group of Y11’s who have left to go on to college/post 16 provision. All of these students achieved qualifications in English, Maths, Performing Arts, Science and PE. These students were particularly able in relation to our school population, however running these courses has opened up opportunities for a wider range of student to achieve accreditation particularly in Science and PE. Four students who have stayed on into Post 16 have achieved Entry level Science and PE.
Plans for 2016-17
- Performing arts GCSE for group of Y10 students.
- Year 1 of GCSE Art in Newfield School for group of Y10’s
- Year 1 of Entry level Science delivered by specialist teacher.
- Entry Level PE option in Post 16.
