Teachers Clare and Helen tell us about the tailored support for SEND students at their school

“It’s different for every student and it’s based on what they need.” We spoke to Clare and Helen at Talbot School to find out about the tailored support they give children with SEND in a specialist setting. As part of our Plan for Change, we want to learn from special schools and spread their expertise across the schools system, whilst ensuring they are able cater to children with the most complex needs – restoring parents’ trust that their child will get the right support at a good, local school.
