Physical Education at Talbot Specialist School
PE, Health and Wellbeing plays an integral part of the school curriculum at Talbot Specialist School. There is a big emphasis on physical activity across the school with every student receiving PE lessons from a dedicated PE specialist teacher. Students have access to a broad and balanced PE curriculum which is designed to stimulate, challenge and empower our students.
Mission Statement;
‘Our aim is to provide motivational PE opportunities to all students across the school, giving them the opportunity to excel at their own pace and in their own way, empowering the students to achieve to their highest possible ability during physical activities.
We recognise that health and wellbeing is a huge part of our student’s daily life and we strive to give them as many opportunities as possible through daily physical activities. We also recognise the importance of competition and offer our students many competitive situations across a range of different sports’
