TALBOT CELEBRATE A SPECIAL APRIL BIRTHDAY

Whist we were delighted to learn about the Queen's 90th birthday this week, the following day, Friday April 22nd marked a very special musical birthday. Violin maestro,  Yehudi Menuhin was born 100 years ago today and Talbot students were privileged to listen to a free concert of live music from jazz trio 'Katie's  Allsorts' in celebration of his momentous birth. The concert was part of 100 free Music Concerts that were performed all over the country courtesy of the charity 'live Music Now' on that day. Our students had a wonderful, enriching experience and we are very grateful to them for their support.
